Davide Lagomarsino

Head Chef Davide Lagomarsino philosophy depends on blending the traditions and flavors of his North Italian upbringing and cuisine with the modern techniques and contemporary simplicity of European and Asian cuisine that allow his food to exude their freshness and allow his diners clarity in what they eat.

Born in Liguria, Italy, Chef Davide, travelled around the world, learning various cuisines, from his natural Italian, to Spanish, French, English and eventually settling for over 15 years in Sydney, Australia, where he opened his acclaimed restaurant Zeffirelli. He was also invited to join the Australian cooking programme “My Restaurant rules”. In 2016, he settled with his wife, Karolína in Horoměřice, where he opened his trattoria UNICO. Relying on these calm surroundings, he is able to concentrate and incorporate his diverse culinary experiences into synthesized, inventive, unexpected and ever fresh dishes.
